Speech & Feeding Therapy Services

Play-based, connection-focused therapy for young children and families. Services are designed to support communication, feeding, and overall development in a way that feels natural, engaging, and effective.

Early Communication Support

Support for young children who are not yet talking, have limited words, or are having difficulty understanding or using language. Through play-based, connection-focused therapy, we build early communication skills including gestures, sounds, words, understanding language, play, and joint attention—helping your child communicate more easily and connect with others in everyday life.

This is a great fit if your child:

  • Isn’t talking or has very few words
  • Gets frustrated due to difficulty communicating
  • Has lost words or skills
  • Struggles to engage or connect

Feeding Therapy

Support for picky eating, swallowing difficulties, oral motor and sensory challenges, and limited diets. We create low-pressure, positive experiences with food to help your child feel safe and gradually increase acceptance of new foods.

This is a great fit if your child:

  • Has difficulty chewing or swallowing
  • Eats a very limited range of foods
  • Avoids certain textures
  • Has strong reactions to new foods
  • Mealtimes feel stressful or overwhelming

Total Communication Approach

We help your child communicate in whatever way works best for them – using an approach that may include spoken words, gestures, picture supports, American Sign Language, or speech-generating devices. This gives your child a reliable way to express wants, needs, and thoughts while supporting overall language development.

This is a great fit if your child:

  • Has limited or no spoken words
  • Gets frustrated when trying to communicate
  • Benefits from visuals, signs, or other supports
  • Is already using or could benefit from an AAC system
  • Needs a more reliable way to express wants and needs

Parent/Caregiver Coaching

You are a key part of your child’s progress. We provide simple, practical strategies you can use during everyday routines to support communication and feeding – so progress continues outside of sessions in a natural, low-pressure way.

This may be a good fit if:

  • You want to know how to support your child at home
  • You’re unsure how to respond to communication or feeding challenges
  • You want simple strategies that fit into daily routines
  • You prefer a collaborative, coaching-based approach to therapy
